Shipping & Processing

We want to ensure you get your products as fast & hassle free as possible! All standard orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and will typically arrive between 8-10 business days from the shipment date (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping rates vary & will fluctuate depending on weight & location. We ship through out the United States. 

For those who need their favorite skin care products, “like… yesterday!” All expedited orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the original order placed. Please note you will need to confirm your expedited shipping price. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or postal holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

Orders sent to P.O. boxes must be shipped via USPS and do not qualify for expedited shipping options.

Your package will ship via FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, which will include your tracking number. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within two business days.

In observance of federal holidays, our customer service center and warehouse are closed on the following days:

Signature Required Option

We recommend this option during the Winter & Summer months. Derma-Ceutix will not be held accountable for damaged products that sat in the extreme weather climate if Signature Required Option was not picked and products were damaged due to the weather conditions.

Our #1 goal is your complete satisfaction and is guaranteed or we will refund your order within 30 days of your purchase. Please read the following information below.

Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of a product you purchased from our website www.derma-ceutix.com you can receive a refund, replacement product, or substitute product provided you submit a qualifying request to us within 30 days of purchase and return your original product. 

Please email our Customer Care team at cs@derma-ceutix.com with the following information:

  • A copy of your order, with order number
  • Full name
  • Physical Address
  • Email address
  • Daytime Phone number
  • Your preferred method of contact?
  • The reason for return?
  • Preference of a replacement product, substitute product or refund?

Failure to provide this information will require us to request additional information, further delaying your request.

Upon receipt and acceptance of your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product(s) to us.

Guarantee Guidelines and Restrictions

Please note the following guidelines and restrictions for the Derma-Ceutix 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • To qualify, you must submit your Guarantee request within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • The Guarantee is not available for products specified as non-returnable or not for resale.
  • If seeking a refund or exchange on the entire order, all items - product(s), sample(s) and gift(s) must be included in your return.
  • We will refund the purchase price you paid for your product(s) plus any tax you paid on your product(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. Derma-Ceutix will not refund original shipping fees.
  • Partial kit returns will be refunded the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product being returned.
  • Derma-Ceutix is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
  • We will also not refund any shipping and handling charges (if applicable) that you incurred when originally ordering your product.
  • Please allow 14 business days for Derma-Ceutix to receive and process your return once you have returned a product to us.
  • We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion if a customer is abusing the Guarantee, such as by returning products that have been heavily used.

Broken/Damaged/Defective Products

Please examine all orders once they arrive. We do our best to ensure all of our products arrive safely and in one piece, but if any product has been broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to get instructions. Please make sure to keep the box, packaging materials, and any damaged items.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee of $15.00 will be applied. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid this fee.

Derma-Ceutix reserves the right to change and update this return policy at any time.
